In my therapeutic work, I believe that it is extremely important that you feel safe and accepted. Sometimes we want change but we don’t know how to take the first step. A lot changes in our lives and it is not always pleasant. That’s why I believe that therapy is a way to develop our capacity to accept those changes so that we can more easily adapt to them and explore our emotions.
