Jovana Zatarakoska

I am Jovana Zatarakoska, a licensed psychologist and a systemic and family psychotherapist under supervision. I am an active member of the Chamber of Psychologists and also serve as a member of the Emergency Response Commission for Disasters within the Chamber.
In my practice, I have primarily worked with individuals, adolescents, and couples. I have experience in conducting individual therapy sessions to address a wide range of psychological concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I have provided couples therapy to support couples in improving their communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their bond.
I believe that our experiences and challenges are influenced by our family dynamics, cultural background, and broader social context. By exploring these factors, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and develop more effective strategies for growth and change.
I understand that taking the first step towards seeking help can be daunting, and I am here to support you on your journey. I am committed to providing a compassionate and supportive space where individuals can explore their concerns, gain insight, and develop effective coping strategies.
