Elena Chikos

I am Elena Chikos, a systemic family counselor, in the final year of an educator for systemic and family psychotherapy and a counselor in integrative psychology. In therapy work with couples, families and individuals I use a systemic approach combined with Art techniques and a client-centered approach. In my 15 years of work experience as a social worker, I am daily focused on empowering and counseling people by building positive relationships and providing support when they need it. Through my work I strive to build an authentic relationship based on empathy, honesty and creativity. I believe in the personal strengths of the client through the process that leads to changes and the opening of new perspectives. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but a determination to stay strong!
